Haha my blog
Its been a while since I've been here
So here's some little updates about my life thus far.

Been enlisted in the army for a year now and it has opened my eyes to many things,
The dark and cruel people in society,
The unjust and the many corruptions,
The heart-warming moments and restoring of faith in humanity,
New found buddies from another mummy,
The relentless torments from combat training,
And improvements to character, mental and physical capabilities.

I can't really say that army has been a waste of my precious time (although there were SO many moments that were very fitting of that description), but at the end of the day I found myself a changed man.
reality has been hard smacked into my face,
I'm 22 this year,Ii have get my degree and I haven't had a good mind of where i see myself in in the future,
A surge of obligations and expectations popped out of nowhere,
I don't have a girlfriend :(
CoCo's been ignoring me quite a lot too :(( LOL

Also, over the past year
I've become quite a workout nut, partly because of army, and partly because of the thrill, sense of accomplishment, exceptionally good time killer, better health, and of course BETTER BODY ahahaha...
Chiong-ed the gym really often before and gain quite a bit of mass.
BUT WHY YOU AUNTIES STILL SAY I BECOME FAT...!!!
Okay maybe I really am fat @ 16% BF currently, mostly at the rubber float.
Trying out a new diet to cut those unnecessary fats.
The Renegade Diet <--- check="" font="" it="" out="">

So for the me now who still hasn't have the slightest clue about what I want to do in other areas of my life in the near future

Here's my plan for myself physically

Aim:
20 muscle ups
2 min human flags
20 levers
30 dips
Squat 2x BW
Lalanne pushups!!!
Run 2.4km in under 9 minutes

Personally, I wish that everybody work out regularly instead of living the typical sedentary lifestyle once they start assimilating into the working society.

You will feel better
Look Better
Think Better

Respect the Training,
Honour the Commitment,
Cherish the Results!
Train hard everyone
